Silly name but I like this. Surprised Dre’s got time to produce tracks, selling headphones to Olympians must be quite time consuming. I do like this … but … not sure when I’d listen to it. I know I sound like a broken record on this topic but I find Hip Hop really difficult to fit into my life at the moment.
I’m with you – except I still enjoy hip hop when I hear it. How often I listen to it is quite another question – the honourable exception being the Shabazz Palaces album of last year.WE’RE GETTING OLD!

So will you consider buying it then?I think this album is just crazy. It’s Gansta but his flow is just silly. It’s hard to pinpoint.. it’s like if Snoop Dogg met Big Bio and then you peppered in a bit of Eminem and Mike Skinner’s story stelling abilities. He’s worth checking out. Currently the stand out track for me is ‘The Art of Peer Pressure’.
I have a lot if faith in pitchforks ‘best new music’ award. I think they tend to over score good hip hop but with that pinch of salt taken into account this offers a strong indicator of quality regardless of genre.
